As part of Maths week, the key stage 2 children took part in a fantastic financial educational program with the Metro bank colleagues who are trained to provide children with financial awareness.
They came to the school to ran workshops on banking, saving and budgeting. The children had the opportunity to work in groups to discuss the value of money and the importance of planning for the future. They also investigated how to make informed decisions about spending and saving habits.
A great start to future interactions with financial institutions!
