The theme for Anti-bullying week this year was ‘Respect’ We discussed ways in which we could spread kindness through our actions and words. We also explored the differences between bullying and non-bullying and when is ‘banter’ ok and not ok. The message that we wanted to get across to everyone is, ‘Choose respect’, it can make such a difference to yourselves or others. Insha Allah this is a great lesson to learn for everyone!
Year 5/6 took part in our ‘Odd socks’ day. We chose this initiative as part of the Anti-bullying week campaign. The children had a fun day showing off their odd socks and celebrating what makes them all unique.
