An Amazing Week!
This week was book week, the children enjoyed doing a wide variety of different
activities to engage them with books. Some of these activities included a workshop
run by the Perform for Schools company, where children got to take part in the
story The Gingerbread Man. They also enjoyed a reading from the year. 5/6
children, doing their book swap, creating their book shop in the classroom where
they got to buy their books. They ended off the week by dressing up as their
favourite character from a book they liked.
